Every product package purchased from Bellamy will reach your doorstep in a stable condition and with tamper-proof packing. Shipping the order from Bellamy is safe, secure, and hassle-free. All our products are fully insured during the in-transit by the insurance company.

All customers are requested to inspect the package for any tampering or damage before receiving or signing the receipt. At the time of delivery, the recipient may be asked to provide identity proof to collect the product. We make sure that delivery is made after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same.

Delivery Timeline

Loose Diamonds purchased from Bellamy are shipped within 5-10 business days, and jewelry products are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks through reputed courier agencies.

Delivery location

Orders can be delivered only to the recipient's residential or work location. The orders cannot be delivered at any public places like hotels, restaurants, malls, on-street, etc.

If a recipient is unavailable during delivery, Courier Company will try to make three attempts to deliver the product. If you are still not reachable/available, the order will be canceled automatically

Change in the shipping address

Shipping addresses can even be changed at the customer's end. Once the order is created, the customer can change the shipping address only before the order is shipped.

The guarantee of the product's delivery is subject to Courier Company's policies. Any conflict in the details of the receiver will be subjected to the non-delivery of the product.

Shipping charges

Bellamy offers FREE SHIPPING on all products within Canada and the US. In the case of International shipment, customers will be responsible for paying custom process, import duty, and taxes.

In case of a return, customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning an order.

Returns

Bellamy offers 30 days of return within India. However, the returned item should fulfill certain criteria, including,

(i) The product must be undamaged, new & unused condition, with original tag, unworn condition with all original documents.

(ii) If there is any sign of wear and alteration, the return will not be accepted.

(iii) For loose diamonds, they should be shipped with the original laboratory grading report, or $150 will be charged to replace the certificate.

Refunds

Once the quality check on the returned product is completed, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. For international orders, the refund will be made in USD, according to the running currency exchange rate at the time of refund.
